- Fee: Free for full-price invoices over 599,000 VND. Invoices with discounted products will incur a fee from 30,000 VND.
- Delivery time: 3-5 business days (from the order date)
- Payment method: Card swipe / Bank transfer / Cash on delivery
- Estimated time and fees may vary depending on the delivery address.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
- Fee: Additional 30,000 VND for all invoices
- Delivery time: 1-2 business days (from the order date)
- Payment method: Card swipe / Bank transfer
- Some areas may not have this service.
- Estimated time and fees may vary depending on the delivery address.
For shoes/sandals
Choosing the right size is no longer a worry – Frank offers free two-way shipping if you need to exchange sizes.
IN-STORE PICKUP
If you choose in-store pickup, you can collect your order after 1 day.
- Fee: Free for all orders
- Payment method: Card swipe / Bank transfer / Cash on delivery
- Pickup time: In-store pickup from 10 AM - 10 PM (Mon-Sun)
